Ingredients

- 15 mlDemerara syrup
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
- 1lemon twist
Method
- In a mixing glass, add the Canadian Club 1858 Original, Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters.
- Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
- Express the lemon twist over the drink to release the oils, then garnish the drink by placing the twist on the rim.
