Ingredients

  • 60 mlLa Distillerie de Monaco Gin aux Agrumes
  • 30 mlfresh lemon juice
  • 15 mlelderflower liqueur
  • 10 mlsimple syrup
  • 60 mlsoda water

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add La Distillerie de Monaco Gin aux Agrumes, fresh lemon juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice
  5. Top with soda water and gently stir
  6. Garnish with a lemon twist

To serve

Serve in a tall highball glass with a lemon twist perched on the rim
