Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. It applies to any order you place with us.

Delivery options

Local delivery — Côte d'Azur. We deliver with our own vans along the French Riviera — Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez and everywhere in between — including directly to your yacht, villa or business. Same-day and next-day slots are usually available; contact us to arrange timing around your schedule.

Courier delivery. Orders shipped by courier are sent with DHL: within France typically 1–2 working days, and across the EU typically 2–5 working days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Collection. You are welcome to collect your order free of charge from our warehouse at 2040 Chemin de Saint Bernard, Porte 12, 06220 Vallauris, France. Collection orders are normally ready within 24 hours — we will confirm by email when your order is ready.

All delivery times are given in good faith but are estimates only. For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, and we provision yachts throughout the Mediterranean and Caribbean seasons. Free-shipping offers are not valid on international orders.

International deliveries may be subject to import rules, taxes and duties outside our control. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the destination country and for any such additional costs, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise in writing (for example on a duty-paid provisioning quotation). What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise a revised estimated delivery date. For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights.
