Blanc de Blancs is made mainly from the Clairette, Marsanne and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. The vines are grown in the Cassis Protected Designation of Origin vineyard. Clairette gives fat, aromatic complexity and freshness. Marsanne provides fruit, structure and length on the palate. Ugni blanc is added to these two main grape varieties and brings fruit and additional freshness.

It has a very expressive nose, a bouquet of citrus fruits and white flowers. The taste has complex with notes of citrus fruits and white-fleshed fruits. A very nice length in the mouth underlined by its freshness.
