Quantity

It is produced with pure Aleatico grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with a short cold maceration, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C. The wine then ages on its own yeasts, before being bottled. It has a pale coral pink colour. The nose opens with subtle notes of rose, red fruits and citrus. On the palate it is elegant and slightly savoury with a pleasant fruity persistence.

At the sight it presents a bright pink colour. On the nose the delicate floral notes of pink fade, leaving space to those more fragrant with small red fruits and citrus. The palate is elegant, its flavour is harmoniously combined with the fruity notes giving it an excellent persistence.
