Ingredients

  • 60 mlMount Gay Black Barrel Double Cask Blend
  • 30 mlfresh lime juice
  • 20 mlsimple syrup
  • 15 mlfalernum
  • 2 dashesAngostura bitters

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add Mount Gay Black Barrel Double Cask Blend, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, falernum, and Angostura bitters
  3. Shake well for 10–15 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
  5. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint

To serve

Serve in a rocks glass with a lime wheel and mint sprig garnish
