Le Clos de Paulilles

Le Clos de Paulilles is a renowned winery nestled in the Paulilles Bay, between Collioure and Banyuls in southern France. Established in 1800, the estate spans 90 hectares, with 70 hectares of vineyards on schist terraces that slope towards the Mediterranean.

The winery specialises in cultivating Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, producing exceptional Collioure and Banyuls wines. Their portfolio includes robust reds, aromatic whites, and the famous Banyuls fortified wines known for their depth and complexity.

Acquired by Maison Cazes in 2012, the estate underwent significant renovations, adopting sustainable viticulture practices and earning organic certification in 2022. Le Clos de Paulilles also offers visitors a full oenotourism experience, featuring vineyard tours, wine tastings, and a restaurant with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
