Beefeater Boulevard
Ingredients
- 60 mlBeefeater London Dry Gin
- 20 mlElderflower liqueur
- 20 mlFresh lemon juice
- 10 mlHoney syrup (1:1 honey and water)
- 2 dashesAngostura bitters
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add Beefeater London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup
- Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
- Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
- Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
To serve
Coupe glass, garnished with a lemon twist, presented with a subtle mist of atomized elderflower essence
