Ingredients

  • 50 mlBulldog London Dry Gin
  • 20 mlElderflower liqueur
  • 20 mlFresh lime juice
  • 10 mlSimple syrup
  • 2 dashesPeychaud's bitters

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Add Bulldog London Dry Gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup
  3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
  4. Double-strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
  5. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters on top of the drink

To serve

Served in a coupe glass, garnished with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh thyme
