Canadian Club 1858 Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• 60 mlCanadian Club 1858 Original
• 15 mlDemerara syrup
• 2 dashesAngostura bitters
• 1lemon twist

Method

1. In a mixing glass, add the Canadian Club 1858 Original, Demerara syrup, and Angostura bitters.
2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
4. Express the lemon twist over the drink to release the oils, then garnish the drink by placing the twist on the rim.
